Terms of Service
Last updated: June 12, 2026
1. Who we are
Mevro (“Mevro”, “we”, “us”, “our”) provides an AI-powered platform that helps businesses create, launch, and manage advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), respond to leads, and track advertising performance (the “Service”).
By accessing our website, joining our waitlist, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Early access & waitlist
Mevro is currently in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Service, specific features, pricing, or launch timing. Any promotional offers made to waitlist members (such as free months) apply only once the Service launches and may be subject to additional conditions communicated at that time.
3. Your account
When the Service launches, you will need an account to use it. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent.
4. Connecting your Meta accounts
The Service connects to your Meta ad accounts and pages through official Meta APIs, using permissions you explicitly grant. You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage any ad account, page, or messaging channel you connect.
You are responsible for complying with Meta's own terms, advertising policies, and community standards. Mevro does not control and is not responsible for decisions made by Meta, including ad rejections, account restrictions, or changes to Meta's APIs and policies that may affect the Service.
5. AI-generated content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate advertising content (such as creatives, copy, and targeting suggestions) and to respond to leads on your behalf (such as chat replies and follow-ups).
AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated advertising content before or promptly after publication, and for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for your business. Mevro provides tools to review, edit, and stop AI activity at any time.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree not to use the Service to advertise or promote anything unlawful, deceptive, or prohibited by Meta's advertising policies; to send spam or unsolicited messages; to violate the privacy rights of your customers or leads; or to interfere with or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
You are responsible for your advertising budgets and spend. Ad spend is charged by Meta directly to your payment method on file with Meta and is separate from Mevro's subscription fees.
7. Fees & billing
Once launched, the Service will be offered on paid subscription plans. Prices shown on our website before launch are indicative and may change. Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, and you will be able to cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. Customer data & privacy
You retain ownership of your business data, including your lead and customer information. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Where you use the Service to communicate with your leads and customers, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them and for complying with applicable data-protection and consumer-messaging laws in your market.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Mevro and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while your subscription is active. Advertising content generated for you through the Service may be used by you freely for your own business marketing.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, lead volumes, costs per lead, or revenue outcomes. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, and Meta's platforms.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mevro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to Mevro in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or where required by law or by Meta platform obligations. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we launch new features. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, unless mandatory law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
